Tomato-Cabbage Curry

Heat oil in medium skillet over medium heat. Cook garlic and onion, infusing oil with maybe 1/2 of each of the spices, until tender etc. Add tomato and cabbage and cook, stirring frequently, until mixture cooks down. Add rest of spices to taste, and so that the curry is the proper yellow color. Cook a bit longer, and serve.
