Boil the fettucine for 10 minutes or until it reaches the desired firmness. Then drain and set aside.
Melt the stick of margarine over low heat. When it is completely melted, stir the flour into the margarine. Make sure that all the flour is soaked up and covered by the margarine, and stir until the mixture reaches a uniform consistency. Heat this mixture for several minutes.
Then add soymilk, salt, and pepper, and nutmeg. Pour over fettucine and mix until sauce covers fettucine evenly.
