Chana Masala

Ingredients

1 can garbanzo beans

1/2 tsp tumeric

1/4 tsp cayenne pepper

1/2 tsp Garam Masala

1 large onion ginger

1 clove of garlic

salt (to taste)

Directions

Sautee garlic, onion and ginger in cooking oil on low heat.

Add garbanzo beans and cook until tender.

Mix in tumeric, cayenne pepper, Garam Masala (found in the Ethnic Foods section of the Co-Op Market) and salt.
