Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients

1 stick of margarine

1 cup sugar

1 1/2 tsp Egg ReplacerTM

1 tsp vanilla extract

1/2 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp baking soda

1 1/2 cup white flour

1 bag of chocolate chips

Directions

First “cream” the soy butter with the sugar, mixing in other ingredients (add the flour last).

Combine dough with chocolate chips and form into balls roughly the size of golf balls.

Bake at 375° F for 8-12 minutes.
