Fettucine Alfredo

Ingredients

1 lb fettucine

1/2 c margarine

1 cup flour

2 cup soymilk

1 tsp salt

1/2 tsp pepper

1 Tbsp nutritional yeast

Directions

Boil the fettucine according to package directions.

In a small saucepan, melt the margarine completely, then mix in flour.

Stir until flour is completely coated.

Add soymilk and heat mixture until it boils, then remove from heat immediately.

Pour sauce over fettucine and serve.
