Ingredients
1-1/4 cup flour
2 Tbsp sugar
2 tsps baking powder
3/4 tsp salt
1-1/2 tsp Egg ReplacerTM
1-1/4 cup soy milk
3 Tbsp oil
Directions
Mix flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
In a separate bowl, mix Egg Replacer with 1 Tbsp water, then add soy milk and oil.
Combine the contents of the two bowls, and fry the pancakes in oil on medium heat.
Serve with maple syrup.
