Ingredients
1 Tbsp oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
8 oz firm tofu
1 head of broccoli, chopped
1/2 onion, diced 2 Tbsp soy sauce
1/4 tsp sugar
small tomato, diced
Directions
Heat oil in a wok or skillet on high.
Add garlic and fry until golden brown.
Add tofu, broccoli, onion and tomato.
Lastly, stir in soy sauce and sugar.
