Vegetarian Chili

Ingredients

2 tsp oil

1 small onion, medium diced

1/2 tsp cumin

1 can crushed tomatos

1 can black beans

chili powder (to taste)

oregano

salt

Directions

Sautee onion in oil until translucent.

Add cumin, stir.

Add black beans, tomatos, onion, chili poweder, oregano and salt.

Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
